Cookery courses (group and one to one) are organised on request and the lessons involve preparation and tasting of dinner.
The main aim of our lessons is to practice the Italian language “in the kitchen”, using the communication tools learnt at school and while preparing some of the most typical and delicious dishes of the Italian tradition.
Pasta al pomodoro (tomato sauce)
Pasta alla bolognese (meat sauce)
Pasta alla carbonara (eggs sauce)
Pasta all’amatriciana (tomato and bacon sauce)
Risotto ai funghi (with mushrooms)
Risotto al radicchio di Treviso (with “radicchio”)
Risotto alla pescatora (with fish)
Chicken or veal alla “cacciatora”
Roasted chicken or beaf
Saltimbocca (meat of veal) alla romana
Tomatos “gratinati” (oven-baked tomatos)
Artichokes alla friulana
Caponata (aubergines, peppers, potatoes) alla siciliana
Preparation of three dishes at choice, accompanied by Italian white & red wine.
